Become the Direct Primary Care Coverage Partner for Your County

Direct primary care is growing about 19% a year, more than half of memberships are now employer-funded, and since January 2026 a membership under $150 a month pairs cleanly with an HSA-qualified plan. Every one of those members still needs an agent for the other half. Most have never been offered one.

What a coverage partner gets

  • Your name, credentials, phone and booking link on every DPC listing in your counties.
  • Consumer requests that name you go only to you; general match-me requests rotate fairly among featured partners in the county.
  • A notification whenever a new DPC practice is added in one of your counties.
  • An introduction to each listed practice, with the site audit we ran on their website as the opener.
  • The DPC pairing playbook: the HSA stack, health shares, fixed-benefit superbill reimbursement, and Medicare Supplements, with the compliance notes for each.
  • A verified badge earned by licence check and a short DPC competency review, not bought.

The founding partner

Kate Spilsbury of Mere Benefits in Jacksonville holds Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau and Baker counties and helped build this directory from her own list of practices. The model is hers: she meets the practices, they send her members who need coverage, and she sends them clients who want a doctor who answers the phone.

Questions agents ask

What is a coverage partner?

The licensed insurance agent named on every direct primary care listing in a county, with a call button and a request form that routes to them. Members who find a practice here and want help pairing a plan go to the partner. Practices in the county refer members who need coverage to the partner.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the founding period. Founding partners get their counties in exchange for doing the practice outreach in their county, giving us feedback, and a testimonial. Paid county slots will open later, priced annually with no per-lead fees, and founding partners keep their counties.

What do I need to know to qualify?

Two tiers. A listed agent holds an active health or life-and-health license with a verified NPN, completes the two introductory videos and a short quiz, and appears in one state directory. A featured, DPC-certified coverage partner completes the advanced training and must be able to evaluate ACA Marketplace coverage, health sharing, short-term medical where it is lawfully available, and fixed-indemnity coverage, and must offer employer coverage or keep a verified relationship with a qualified group-benefits professional. Medicare is optional and shown separately.

How many featured partners per county?

No more than three, and a partner holds at most five featured counties at first unless they can document the staff, locations or practice relationships to serve more. Consumers choose the partner they want; only general match-me requests rotate, and a request is never sent to several agents at once.

Why would a DPC practice send me referrals?

Because every practice hits the same wall: a member asks what insurance to carry and the practice cannot answer. A partner who returns the favor with members who already want DPC is the referral relationship practices have never had.
