Same-day care. Your doctor's cell number.
Every practice listed here sells the same floor: unlimited visits, same or next-day access, and a direct line to your doctor by text, phone or video. What differs is the price and the extras.
Coverage options that can be paired with direct primary care
The membership covers your doctor. One of these still covers the hospital, and the one you pick decides whether you can pay the membership from an HSA.
Short-term medical, fixed-indemnity coverage and health-sharing programs are not ACA-compliant major medical insurance. They can carry exclusions, limits, waiting periods and pre-existing-condition restrictions, and a coverage partner explains those before you choose.
Kate Spilsbury, Mere Benefits, RSSA®, CMIP®, is the founding coverage partner for Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Baker counties. Tell her the practice you like and she compares the options. Assistance from the coverage partner is provided at no cost to you. When coverage is enrolled, compensation generally comes from the insurance company or coverage organization.

Straight answers
What is direct primary care?
A flat monthly membership, usually $50 to $150 for an adult, that gives you unlimited visits with one doctor, same-day or next-day access, and their cell number, with no insurance billing and no copays. It covers primary care only.
Do I still need health insurance or Medicare with a DPC membership?
Yes. The membership covers your doctor. Hospital stays, specialists, surgery, emergencies and most prescriptions still need an ACA plan, an employer plan or Medicare. Matching that coverage to your membership is what the coverage partner on each page does, at no cost to you.
Can I pay for the membership from an HSA?
Since January 1, 2026, a DPC fee of $150 a month or less for an individual, or $300 for a household arrangement, is HSA-compatible under federal law, provided you pair it with an HSA-qualified plan and the fee covers only primary care services. Every listing shows whether the lowest adult price is within that limit; confirm what the fee includes with the practice.
Is DPC America free?
Yes. Searching, comparing, reading the guides and asking a coverage partner to match your plan cost nothing. Practices are listed free. Coverage partners are licensed agents; when coverage is enrolled, compensation generally comes from the insurance company or coverage organization.
