Privacy Policy for DPC America

What we collect

Browsing. Nothing that tracks you runs until you accept the consent notice. If you accept, we may load first-party analytics that record the page, the referring site's hostname and any campaign tags, with no cookies and no personal identifiers. If you decline, only the technical logs any web server keeps (IP address, time, page requested) are recorded, and those are retained for 30 days for security.

Forms. When you submit the pair-a-plan, claim-your-listing or coverage-partner form we collect what you type: name, email, phone, ZIP or address, and the details of your request. The form also records the page you submitted from and your consent to be contacted.

Who it goes to

A pair-a-plan request goes to the licensed coverage partner for your county, currently Kate Spilsbury of Mere Benefits for Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties in Florida, who may contact you by phone, text or email as you consented. It is stored in that agent's customer relationship system. A claim-your-listing or coverage-partner application goes to DPC America. We do not sell leads, we do not share your information with anyone you did not ask us to, and we do not use it for advertising.

Health information

Please do not put diagnoses, medications or other health details in a form. Nothing on this site is a medical record and nothing here is covered by HIPAA. If a coverage partner needs health information to quote a plan they will collect it directly under their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can decline tracking on the consent notice, change your choice by clearing the site's storage in your browser, and ask us to delete any form submission by emailing hello@dpcamerica.com. Practices can correct or remove their listing at any time.
