Match Your DPC Membership With Coverage

The membership covers your doctor. This is the other half: the coverage that pays for the hospital, specialists, surgery and emergencies, and that decides whether you can pay the membership from an HSA. Choose the partner you want, or ask to be matched with one.

Questions people ask

What does a coverage partner do?

A coverage partner is a licensed insurance agent trained on direct primary care. They compare the coverage that handles what a membership does not: a Marketplace HSA-qualified Bronze plan or other HSA-qualified major medical, an employer or level-funded plan, Medicare with a Supplement, or, with their limits explained, a health-sharing program, a fixed-indemnity plan or short-term medical where it is available. Assistance is provided at no cost to you.

Do I have to buy anything?

No. You get a comparison and a recommendation. Whether you enroll in anything, and through whom, is your call.

Who sees my information?

Only the coverage partner named in the consent box, currently Kate Spilsbury of Mere Benefits for Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, Baker counties. If you ask to be matched, your request goes to one eligible featured partner, never to several agents at once. DPC America does not sell inquiries. See the privacy policy.

Are health shares, fixed-indemnity and short-term plans the same as insurance?

No. They are not ACA-compliant major medical insurance and can have exclusions, limits, waiting periods and pre-existing-condition restrictions. A coverage partner explains those before you choose. An ACA Catastrophic plan is a specific Marketplace category generally limited to people under 30 or with an exemption.
