The lowest adult price, $59.99 a month, is within the $150 individual limit that took effect January 1, 2026 under Public Law 119-21. Price is not the only test: the arrangement qualifies only if the fee covers primary care services as the law defines them, so bundled prescriptions, specialty labs or services outside primary care can matter, and a household arrangement is limited to $300 a month. Confirm what the fee includes with the practice, and check your own situation with a tax professional.

Does not accept Medicare patients. Not available to people enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid or another governmental health plan; Sanitas serves those patients through its insurance-based medical centers instead. A DPC membership never replaces Medicare Part B or a Supplement; it covers primary care at this practice only.
